Ian founded IQ Solutions so businesses can have their support, infrastructure, security and development in one place. As an IT support specialist, Ian has served companies in Costa Rica and the United States since 2023, administering Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory.
Ian works with the tools managed service providers (MSPs) use for remote monitoring, ticketing, documentation, backup, and email and endpoint security, and has delivered projects such as migrating mailboxes from Exchange Server to Microsoft 365 and rolling out Duo MFA synchronised with Active Directory.
